All products manufactured by Sirman and sold by I.F.M. USA, Inc. are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Claims under Warranty must be received in written by I.F.M. USA, Inc. before the expiration of such period. Defective equipment or parts must be sent freight prepaid to I.F.M. USA, Inc. or an authorize Service Center for evaluation. If Warranty applies, defective equipment or parts will be repaired or replaced for free and reshipped F.O.B. I.F.M. USA, Inc. warehouse. Neither Sirman nor I.F.M. USA, Inc. cannot warrants returned defective parts if not properly packaged. Warranty does not apply to: • Maintenance of equipment. • Misuse or abuse of the machines (please refer to instruction manual), willful or accidental damage, overloading, act of God, improper storage or any other cause unrelated to I.F.M. USA, Inc.. • Normal wear parts such as blades, cutting knives or discs, switches, knobs etc. • Machines or parts that have been tempered with, altered or modified by third parties. • Damages occurred during shipment. • Sirman equipment not sold by I.F.M. USA, Inc.. • Equipment used outside the USA. • Equipment whose Warranty Registration was not received within the terms indicated on the Warranty. Neither Sirman nor I.F.M. USA shall be considered liable for loss of use, revenue, profit or for any indirect and consequential damages. Sirman and I.F.M. USA, Inc. deny liability for any damage or injury caused by operator neglect, carelessness or inadvertence. This warranty is valid only for machines used in the United States of America.
